1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop at www.deinchimichurri.ch. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The product presentation in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. A contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a confirmation email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT (if applicable).
Shipping costs are added to the product prices and will be indicated during the ordering process.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland.
Delivery time: 3–7 business days after receipt of payment unless otherwise stated.
If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately.
Risk of shipment passes to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the shipping service provider.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

• Cash on collection

• PayPal

• Credit card (coming soon)

 

Payment is due immediately. Delivery is made only after full receipt of payment, except in the case of cash on collection.

6. Returns and Cancellation

Opened products: For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
Unopened products: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt at the customer’s own expense.

7. Warranty

Swiss statutory warranty rights apply. Complaints must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

8. Liability

Dein Chimichurri is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are violated.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data will only be used for processing your order and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Place of jurisdiction is the location of Dein Chimichurri in 8903 Birmensdorf, Switzerland.

11. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
