From Argentina to Zurich – with love for Chimichurri

Hello! I'm Raul, the founder of Dein Chimichurri.

 

I grew up in Argentina – for us, chimichurri wasn’t just a sauce, it was a piece of culture.

 

Whether for asado, on toasted bread or as a dip: fresh herbs, garlic, vinegar, oil – it was always there.

 

Since moving to Zurich, I've missed that taste. I wanted a real, fresh chimichurri sauce—no compromises, no additives. So I started making my own. First for myself, then for friends—now for concept stores, restaurants, events, and anyone who appreciates honest taste.

 

What is important to me:

  • Authenticity: My recipe is Argentinian – my processing is local in Zurich

  • Quality: Handmade, vegan, without preservatives

  • Variety: As a dip, marinade or barbecue sauce – Chimichurri always fits

  • Connection: Food is encounter. Taste connects people.
